What if I have a change of heart?

To ensure our products are only ever delivered and presented to you as fresh as possible, we are unable to accept an exchange or return due to change of mind (or heart).

My GODIVA order isn’t as perfect as you promised.

Here at GODIVA, we’re total perfectionists and it shows. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us within three working days. If it’s our mistake, we’ll be sure to have a solution as soon as humanly possible. However, we’re not responsible for faults resulting from environmental factors outside of our control.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
